As a new generation of soft magnetic materials, nanocrystalline magnetic cores are widely used in precision electrical equipment such as common mode inductors, differential mode inductors, and current transformers due to their core advantages of high magnetic permeability, ultra-low loss, and strong high-frequency stability. They are currently the preferred magnetic core material for high-frequency working conditions. Compared to traditional ferrite cores, nanocrystalline cores have stronger temperature adaptability and maintain stable performance in high and low temperature alternating environments, with outstanding resistance to electromagnetic interference. By relying on the preparation process of ultra-thin tapes, nanocrystalline magnetic cores can achieve miniaturization and lightweight design, perfectly adapting to the integration needs of precision electronics, vehicle electronic control, and intelligent industrial control equipment. In high-frequency operation, its losses are much lower than traditional magnetic materials, which can effectively reduce equipment heating and improve overall energy efficiency. At present, nanocrystalline magnetic cores have become the core supporting materials for high-end precision equipment in aerospace, rail transportation, and new energy vehicles.
